To all the intended crews, competitors and concerned parties
Hereby we would like to inform you the current plan of Rally Hokkaido 2020
Currently Japan is under tightened border control with no estimated lift date due to COVID-19 pandemic, and this makes it very difficult hold the event as a round of Asia Pacific Rally Championship. Thus, this year, we made difficult decision to temporary step off from the APRC series and operate the event as non-championship international rally event.
Along with JAF guidelines we will make this year’s event as compact as possoble, making it 2 day events running on Saturday and Sunday.
It is our deepest regret that, for the first time of its history, Rally Hokkaido 2020 will be held as no-spectator event. Ceremonies such as ceremonial start and rally show will not be held.
We will keep you updated with the situation on this website.
