Entry Form is now published, and available for download from the link below.
Opening day of entries is August 9th.
Upon completion of filling out the entry form, please verify all the required fields are correctly filled out, and send it to the Rally Hokkaido Permanent Secretariat by mail (postal service). While it is not a mandatory requirement, we appreciate if you email the same form to the Secretariat.
